In-depth Interviews (IDIs)

We use 45-minute, one-on-one interviews to help you gain specific insights and directional feedback on topics ranging from market perceptions and competition to offerings, customer experiences, and more.

IDIs are ideal for hard-to-reach stakeholder groups: executives, board members, employers, niche customers, community and civic leaders, media, and other stakeholders.

Focus Groups

In-person focus groups are ideal for local groups such as current customers and patrons, students and alumni, faculty and staff, and other close-by stakeholders.

Online focus groups are best for geographically diverse stakeholders and respondent groups needing more flexibility to provide feedback.

Topics may include market and brand perceptions, decision-making process, customer needs and experiences, marketing tactics, positioning, advertising, and testing new product or service concepts. Or can dig deep into specific issues unique to your situation.

Online Surveys

Where we use IDIs and focus groups for directional or in-depth group insights, we use quantitative research to validate directional qualitative findings (or your own hypothesis) on a larger sample size. Online surveys are fast, economical, and provide group comparisons that generate benchmarks for future KPI tracking.

GreenLight has extensive experience in all aspects of customer and brand research. Survey topics might encompass brand perception studies, brand architecture, awareness and messaging, product or service offerings, as well as concept testing. Custom research topics are also available.
